What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

It was successful for clients of various sizes, including a large auto parts shop and a regional B2B music accessory manufacturer and distributor. We work with Top multinational clients who are experimenting with direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels on BigCommerce and are creating gorgeous websites using both its OTB templates and fully customized shops.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BigCommerce is not open source, therefore there aren't as many patch updates as other platforms require, which is one of the things that drew me to it. To provide a full experience in order administration, store setup, marketing, and website changes, some numerous plugins and apps directly interface with BigCommerce. They respond swiftly to live chat, emails, and phone calls. For some of their rivals, I am unable to make the same claim. Feature-rich and trustworthy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not possible to adjust the time frames or subscription frequencies. Not all updates for subscribers can be made. Since Quickbooks is simpler to manage and update, we have seen a lot of subscribers cancel through the site and set up over the phone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BigCommerce is a great option if you need specialized software to link all of your integrations in a single location. They can help your company scale more quickly and dependably by finding a means to integrate any app or function.

What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

We have successfully created both headless and end-to-end deployment methods for BigCommerce. Custom business logic and rules have been successfully implemented to improve and increase BC capabilities for our clients. It was successful for clients of various sizes, including a large auto parts shop and a regional B2B music accessory manufacturer and distributor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BigCommerce is a platform that provides a number of intriguing features, including an excellent cost-benefit ratio, security, simplicity, and unexpected results. It operates flawlessly and offers a distinctive experience, and best of all, at a reasonable cost. They respond swiftly to live chat, emails, and phone calls. For some of their rivals, I am unable to make the same claim. Feature-rich and trustworthy!

What do you dislike most about this product?

My employer's website had numerous revisions when I started working there, making it challenging to update the theme or template. My team would really benefit if there was a way to update theme files without losing any of the previous changes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would advise anyone creating a website to use BigCommerce. Excellent service, a user-friendly and helpful technical help center. They've always been a ten out of ten for me. I advise you to try it if you wish to work with the full results of your efforts.
