What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

The support is second to none. Usability of the platform is much better than previous CMS platforms

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform is easy to navigate, you don’t have to be a developer to know your way around. Page Builder has also really helped our brand to create eye catching landing pages without having to band or over to a creative agency/developer

What do you dislike most about this product?

The new multi-store feature doesn’t currently support language locales so we use a PIM system to help enrich our French and German websites. Also the build in product merchandising needs some work, we currently use a 3rd party app to manage this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The technical support department are always on hand if you have any questions which is unlike other CMS platforms I have used in the past. I find navigating the platform much more user friendly, you don’t have to be a developer to understand it. The new Page Builder feature is a great tool and works well.

What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

BigCommerce has made it simple for me to create a website, even though I do not consider myself a "techie." BigCommerce provides many of the standard functionality necessary for running our company. No matter how I've contacted support, Technical Support has always responded quickly and politely to my inquiries and resolved my issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Best of all, in my opinion, It's free, so I may modify it to suit your needs and those of my stores. BC is favored by many of our customers because it is more portable, can be deployed rapidly, and can be integrated with less expense and time commitment. Support from BC's customer and partner teams is unparalleled in the e-commerce platform industry.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I don't enjoy about BigCommerce. Use is intuitive, and whenever I have had an issue, the customer service representatives on the other end of the line (through phone or live chat) have been quick to respond, kind, and helpful. But, there is no flexibility in either the subscription frequency or duration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For our online store to succeed, we needed a flexible platform that could adapt to our evolving demands as a company. We have successfully deployed BigCommerce's end-to-end and headless installation solutions. We also have successfully implemented client-specific business logic and rules to boost and broaden BC's capabilities. We found that BigCommerce was the most excellent platform for us.

Bigcommerce is a tool that has the capacity to support large purchase volumes and works very well for B to B business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The possibility of integrating with other solutions for the front and back of the ecommerce store

What do you dislike most about this product?

It needs to integrate more variety of payment gateways, for Latin America

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dimension your ecommerce very well, in terms of number of orders and in units. These variables can better measure the price with Bigcommerce
