This is the best PSA software I have ever used.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

The most significant issue that I believe has been resolved for my workday is the amount of time I save by being able to sync items between BigTime and Quickbooks. I used to waste a lot of time manually entering data into Quickbooks AND our previous application. Now that I'm not doing double duty, I have a lot more time to focus on my other projects. BigTime assists us in tracking our workers' time worked, by hours done, by contract and job category, and by day. Supports our clients' invoicing as well as our payroll functions

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Live chat provides excellent customer service, they have always been really helpful in resolving my issues and addressing my users inquiries. The software generates excellent reports and does an excellent job in general. I appreciate how simple this tool is to use. We recently converted from WorkBook, and I don't want to remember how difficult it was. BigTime is well-organized, and I appreciate the ability to save or reverse actions with a single click. It's also great that they provide live chat for customer assistance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, there hasn't been anything that I don't enjoy about the software. I'll admit that I wish we could change some of the categories. It will take some time, because "Activity" in our old program is not the same as "Activity" in BigTime. I believe it will only take some getting accustomed to, but we will finally be able to narrow down the distinctions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it; you never know if you'll enjoy anything unless you try it. I'm sure there are many fantastic applications out there, but I strongly suggest this one because we've been using it for several years and it still works great.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

We can look at a huge number of tasks per person in BigTime to help us estimate expenses. For us, the most crucial features are automatic invoice generating and project management. Before BigTime, we manually prepared invoices in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat at the end of each month and emailed them to clients. As you may guess, this was quite laborious and time consuming. It may take several days to get a complete month's bills. BigTime requires just an initial setup for the many sorts of invoices required and creating one takes simply a few clicks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BigTime addressed several significant holes in our accounting, billing, and project management routines. For us, the time tracking tool was just a bonus that allowed us to abandon Tsheets and save some money. The ability to present lists of employment opportunities with names is incredibly valuable for staff discussion sessions. Many accounts may be extracted and filtered, as well as sorted. It is really beneficial for anyone who uses this function to find out the status of their employment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I believe BigTime is seriously lacking is a clock in/out option. Employees have a stopwatch to keep track of their hours, but I don't believe it maintains track of the time of day or anything else. It would be much better if there was a desktop app for power users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BigTime team is eager to work with you and provide you with a fantastic discount on their software. Implementation may be completed in as little as a month, which is exceptionally quick when compared to alternative options, but you are not required to achieve that time constraint. You may plan each training session and invite anybody from throughout the organization to participate. I've had two separate Success Representatives and they've both been fantastic, adapting extremely well to our company's demands.
