What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

Big time is always improving and beta testing new features! That feature differentiates Bigtime from other competing features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the reporting features available in bigtime, and it's ability to create customized fields.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface is a little complex therefore I wish it had some webinars or videos explaining the UI

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best purchase decision you would make in 2022, give it a go! 100% recomended

Data platform is well-designed and executed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support team has been incredibly helpful during our implementation and development of additional capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some processes require a number of different steps at different screens; our business is fairly straightforward so the robustness of the PSA software is more than we require.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk to the team at Projector and they will be happy to answer any questions that you have.
