Project management software with good reports.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

We overcome workflow and project management issues that we encountered when utilizing other forms of software. We also benefit from the Quickbooks interface, which we have used for years with our software. Other products, like Bigtime, just could not interact with Quickbooks in the manner we felt it should. We wanted something that personnel could access from anywhere; this appears to fit those needs. Implementation was a rocky road for us, thanks in part to 'Covid,' but I believe they could do more to streamline their approach.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I particularly like its reporting features; I've been able to generate a report for almost any information I've wanted to extract so far. The reports themselves aren't particularly attractive, but because I can export them to Excel or Word, I can easily make them appear the way I want after extracting the data. The option to list prospects by name comes in handy during staff evaluation sessions. A large number of accounts may be retrieved, filtered, and sorted. It is really valuable for anyone who utilizes this function to obtain the operating status. My workplace does not take full advantage of this unit's functions, but they do the job.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is tough to completely engage in my bureau, and we are unable to use it. I dislike having to refresh the website in order for it to update. This is probably a side effect of being a web-based program; thus far, it's only a small irritation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely a low-cost project management tool with robust reporting capabilities. Learn how the product is still utilized; there are features, but it takes time to make ready for usage. With some problems, please contact us immediately. The problem was addressed most of the time by asking a synchronous query, but it still needs to be tested.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

The program is easy to use and the chat support responds quickly the biggest patch of the moment, and can help, especially in a pinch. BigTime Software has greatly facilitated many companies. The fascinating thing about the program is that it can be tailored to all your business needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product itself is great and there has always been great support when users inquire with questions. BigTime helps take control of the financial vitality of our projects. Ease in tracking time, especially when moving between clients on a regular basis. Provide management with reports on billable versus non-billable time for each team member. For firms that work remotely.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some batch changes to clients and/or projects are not available, as staff rates change, unbillable time and expenses can fluctuate if you are not careful. For some types of projects, we can't use BigTime's billing feature. It would be nice if you could further customize invoices to fit users' needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Many programs sync with QuickBooks online, but very few sync with QuickBooks desktop and that makes this one unique. My firm is a full service accounting firm and treasure many personal tax projects and hundreds of bookkeeping and accounting engagements, and BigTime does it well; Support is commensurate and helpful Great tracking and quick response Easily accessible.

Excellent monitoring of time and costs in projects

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

The automatic creation of invoices and project management were the most crucial features for us. Until we discovered BigTime, we manually prepared invoices in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat at the end of each month and emailed them to clients. As you may guess, this was quite laborious and time consuming. It may take several days to get a complete month's bills. I'm sure there are many fantastic systems out there, but I was happy with the responsibility I had while working with BigTime.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BigTime addressed several significant holes in our accounting, billing, and project management routines. For us, the time tracking tool was just a bonus that allowed us to abandon Tsheets and save some money. The ability to present lists of employment opportunities with names is incredibly valuable for staff discussion sessions. Many accounts may be extracted and filtered, as well as sorted. It is really beneficial for anyone who uses this function to find out the status of their employment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I regret that brilliance cannot be exported as extra papers. It has the same power as the weakest connection in this specific unit. It is tough to participate fully in my workplace, which inhibits us from making full use of it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementation may be done in as little as a month, which is extremely fast when compared to other solutions, but you are not obligated to meet that deadline. You may arrange each training session and invite anyone from the company to attend.
