What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

We were able to fix the problem by developing a timekeeping software that makes queries simple and user-friendly. Every day, our employees are not required to input their time. They can input it at the end of the week or at the end of the month. The report also assists managers in keeping track of each project to verify staff time is correct. Admins can also reject the time if something appears to be incorrect, and users must correct it before resubmitting. Users may quickly take images of their receipts to save in their account and then record a cost on the mobile app to avoid forgotten or lost receipts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This device is simple to use and inexpensive in comparison to others. It is simple to track your employee's job activities and even include a timer. This function is highly handy since it allows a user to start and stop the timer while working on each project. The program is also compatible with Quickbooks. The report also assists managers in tracking each project to ensure that employee time is accurate. Admins can also reject the time if something appears to be incorrect and users must correct it before resubmitting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike how, on sometimes, when establishing a new user, the welcome email is not sent due to security concerns, and administrators must contact support to get the email sent. This is inconvenient, especially if you don't know if the issue is with email or Big Time. Another annoyance is that if users enter their time at the end of the day or week and then press the back button before saving, they can lose all of their time retaining the descriptions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Big Time is for you if you want a system that is very easy to use, has a clean design, and numerous possibilities to personalize it. There are several customization options to get you where you need to go. The reporting feature is simple to use and configure, and the extra BigTime capability with budgets and AR embedded within the system provides firms with more possibilities for doing tasks. If your company utilizes Quickbooks for billing, I prefer BigTime since it syncs easily. BigTime is incredibly reasonable for all of the things it provides. The program may help keep track of your costs.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

We mostly utilize this service to keep a close eye on budgets, spending, projects, and the performance of our employees. The program has been a terrific solution and source of comfort for us because its reports give highly precise information in many areas, allowing us to make better decisions in the many job scenarios we confront.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Bigtime is an effective system for team collaboration and systematic reviews; one of its benefits is that it provides a very functional and easy-to-use data input system, allowing for considerable gains in work team efficiency. Because it provides for the proper division of duties, it allows assignments to be completed more appropriately and without overburdening individuals. It works well with QuickBooks and seamlessly connects with QuickBooks Payroll to compute job expenses. I seldom have problems, but when I do, a brief conversation with support resolves my problem swiftly, the first time, every time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their customer support is poor, and I say this with a lot of confidence since when I've had little issues with their program, they've given me utterly delayed responses, which has caused me a lot of pain.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From a professional standpoint, I can state that Bigtime service is quite functional and flexible to be used in any business; the primary reasons I would suggest this platform are that it is very steady in terms of functionality and relatively pricey. accessible, simple to execute, and ensured that it is an efficient option for any company It's excellent for calculating task expenses and keeping track of time. Simple to set up and utilize. It seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks and simplifies payroll processing.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

In a coordinated and simplified manner, we can manage employee time, produce invoices, and track project progress and invoicing. We were able to instantly begin time, projects, and invoicing with Bigtime, just as we had done with our prior worldwide organization. Waiting time can be completed by each member of the crew while flying and during fly check-in. Since the latest employee feedback period and the accompanying billing analysis. Instead of needing to bill till the end of the month, I can now bill once the project is finished, which equals increased cash flow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BigTime is specialist software development software that assisted our organization in making better use of its time. BigTime finest feature is its wealth of tools and firm performance indicators, including productivity. BigTime is a cloud-based program that delivers the features we want for project management, maintenance time, and billing. When I have questions, their tech help is amazing. The flexibility to personalize is quite beneficial. Its capacity to sync with fast books is crucial.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We haven't been able to adjust several different invoice templates to reflect exactly what our various government clients need, so there is some manual labor necessary when we produce invoices on the back end. However, this was also true of the Oracle-based system we previously utilized. I want Bigtime and ADP to be able to communicate with one another so that we can create paychecks and cost reimbursements more automatically.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You'll need as much information as possible on what you want the system to accomplish. I was able to submit many variations of what we need, and Ty Sunk was able to produce a design solution that was very similar to what we required.
