What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BigTime provides a variety of tools for managing tasks and workflows, including task lists, Gantt charts, and kanban boards. This information can be used to keep track of project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reports having bugs and glitches also this software is not familiar due to new in market. Further, i found this software little expensive as compared to other project management softwares.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bigtime is flexible project management and time tracking software. It is easy to use and has a user-friendly interface.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

Additional easy and more intuitive than MS Project, Tracking financial data was the main reason for our transition to BigTime. Straightforward to track hours spent and where we had different spreadsheets for various functions and departments – BigTime has everything in one place. Chat support is sweet – though we’re within the UK we get answers in the afternoon or on successive days.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All the necessary basic options are found on this product from budgeting, task management, invoicing, and time tracking among others. Nice workflow management tools and coordination ability are ideal that help the team to effectively work to provide productive projects. Straightforward assigning different tasks to varied users, resources management, scheduling, providing useful financial reports as well as archiving the previously terminated activities and mobile access is available.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The onboarding method is very little fast and on every front... it’d be better to own it in 2 phases, an introduction and then several weeks when a question and answer session. Tough to form a GANTT chart for a selected project – every task you would like to show needs to be a milestone or set by priority. Output can be tough to browse once a long-term project for dates. Custom forms work, however, meeting minutes are not so much – text-based minutes, not a table or preset format. It’d be sensible to form tasks primarily based on individual points raised in the meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to use and navigate. Numerous toolbars allow fast access to your projects. It’s useful to be ready to apply filters as completed projects can add up and create it tough to find what you’re looking for.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

BigTime is a great tool for keeping tabs on how much time is being spent on each project, how much money is being spent, and who is working on what. Because to BigTime, I spend less time on administrative tasks like project budgeting and invoicing and more time on the technical aspects of my work, where my expertise lies.

BigTime's strength is in the abundance of its capabilities for managing projects, keeping tabs on time and money, and organizing processes. With all of these tools in one place, you can streamline your business operations without resorting to time-consuming and error-prone manual procedures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Just be patient and BigTime will help you achieve your goals. Not everything clicked with me at first, but with the help of the service staff, I quickly learned the ropes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

After only a brief time with BigTime, I can already attest to its ease of use. The ability to ask questions and receive answers is another great benefit of having a community behind you.
