What differentiates Bird from other similar products?

The UI is super straightforward and intuitive to use. Navigating around the service, making your message, uploading your list and everything else is a breeze with their straightforward UI.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Messagebird offers an actual omnichannel inbox for those searching for a unified inbox. Has nice automation via the flow builder. Sensible reportage dashboards that offer an extensive look into the inbox activities on ticket and agent levels. Sturdy messaging API I like that the UI is very clean and sleek to use. Everything is pretty straightforward; anyone ought to be able to use it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once it doesn’t work or something goes wrong, trying to get help from the Support Team is a living hell. For a corporation that is supposed to offer better client communications, their communications with their customers are terrible. Ever since the free of Inbox, they are at full capacity and it doesn’t seem like they need to be done much to improve. Quite disappointing!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The way the interface works! It’s clear and pretty to navigate true. The choices are all displayed properly and the way the data Is given is nice for a dummy or experienced user. I can advocate MessageBird to any company or individual, this truly works the way It ought to with no error’ or Interruption or what so ever. Also, last but not least, the client service is useful and caring, they answer in a fast manner.
