A good solution for communication complexities

What differentiates Bird from other similar products?
As I work in a big company, setting up our system MessageBird with our system helped to reduce a lot of manual effort and workload because it enabled us to engage with many people through Email, Whatsapp, Calls, SMS, etc. Also, it retains customer proactive engagement by automated reminders and communication flows. Data complexity across different communication channels and applications seems to be reduced. AI-driven insights help improving user experiences hence troubleshooting became easier and customer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One best aspect of this service is that it enabled me to accommodate communications with users across various channels. We maintain our company’s active presence at all times. The ease of use at the dashboard is appealing as less technical capabilities are required to operate on this platform. Also, I find it cost-efficient for such a diverse solution.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I witnessed no noticeable issues or drawbacks using this software, but there is this one problem that I usually face that keeping track of your templates requires some care because system updates may sometime cause you to lose some of your data, besides that, it is one of the best communication services.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This has helped us a lot in making our work easier so I would like others to benefit from it too.
