Its important features include reviews, texting campaigns, referrals, and chat features. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides multi-location. No problem how many locations you may have, you can easily connect to your customers. Using Birdeye Messaging you can send text or E-mail review request to your customers. You can also respond to all reviews and promote authentic reviews across the web. Moreover, it delivers best values for the price

What do you dislike most about this product?

You can use every facility provided by Birdeye Messaging on your desktop but only limited features can be used on mobile. There is no proper guidance and instructions for new users. It should show the instructions on how to post reviews for businesses. When you want customer support you may have to explain your problem multiple times. Your problems may also left unsolved in some cases.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using Birdeye Messaging you can analyze reports and receive instant alerts which will keep you connected with your customers. Moreover, it is very simple to add or remove any employee or to check their behavior with your customers.
