What differentiates Birdeye from other similar products?

When it comes to customer messaging, Birdeye Messaging offers amazing features and capabilities. In addition, it offers live chat features and is a great solution for sending bulk messaging

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Birdeye Messaging is more than a chatbot. It also makes sending bulk messaging easy. It is an easy to use software It's resourceful and affordable too

What do you dislike most about this product?

I only have good experiences with Birdeye Messaging

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Birdeye Messaging as it's affordable and multi-purpose. It's great as a live chat and also makes SMS marketing easy thanks to it's bulk messaging capabilities

The support team was able to configure the messaging app with ease for someone who doesn't have the experience or an it team that some larger companies may have.
