What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

It makes efficient integration of CRM software and project management tools: sceduling, time rationing, data collaboration and communication tool. It is focused on sales but give option to add management features on the go even having but not limited with disk space interation and call collaborations. It has good design and is popular for the reasonable price to achieve result in measurable time for project start.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is lightweight mobile application ad easy intergrates any mobile operator to have your distributed sales team on the go. It is moderately priced and has wide options for integrations. It has build in time tracker capabilities. It is widely sreaded in Central and Eastern Europe - you do not need to spend time to educate new sales personnel so means less duration for onboarding period.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Web application is heavy weight and can periodically dump. There is no AI assisted time tracking capabilities to have a screen captions and activity controls. It has wide features besides core - CRM function but missing accounting and financial planing, logistics modules. So, it is not ERP but mostly CRM. You can add functionality to get full reporting cycle only buying 1C software but it localised in Russia so it can be suspended by vendor if only your jurisdiction occured in non friendly lists. It depends for the same reason Data localisation - where are located servers to store your data and it makes sence that data mirrors could be there.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Product formally in NorthAm but has large history of relationship with 1C. Sure both are cool but till conflict exists there is always probability to get support of a product suspended. Use for small projects who does not need to refer a large legacy periods of data. Sure good for a large amount of people uses Bitrix: knowledgeble, experienced for this product use - so no need for extra support and tuition of new staff.

Great office communication platform where teams may communicate, remark, attach documents, edit, and share with their respective peers. It enables employees to communicate and be assigned projects, making it simple to manage activities and assess each employee's performance by ensuring tasks are completed on time. The platform provides a variety of communication options, including as instant messaging, group chats, video conferencing, and a social intranet, all of which support successful cooperation among team members regardless of their physical location.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has occasional irritating downtimes, such as when trying to open or edit documents on disk, and it takes a lot of training to learn all of the functions. What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

Bitrix24 assists our company in having a clearer workflow and a better grasp of the processes of our sales process; it also assists in creating tasks and communicating with our team.
