It has wide features besides core - CRM function but missing accounting and financial planing, logistics modules. So, it is not ERP but mostly CRM. You can add functionality to get full reporting cycle only buying 1C software but it localised in Russia so it can be suspended by vendor if only your jurisdiction occured in non friendly lists.
