What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

It is used to manage customer engagements and better support. Configuring this tool is quite easy and we can integrate this software with other tools and make our work more convenient. It is a very flexible tool. So this tool should work in your user team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It facilitates the communication process allowing our departments to work more autonomously. It coordinates our projects easily and this leads to better results. It can be spliced to various platforms depending on marketing generation, such as Facebook lead ads. Customer and employee appointments can be developed completely free of charge.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing could be a major difficulty for many small organizations. the company could also improve on its customer service. All options are bundled. No way to get CRM or project management individually. A bit difficult to get used to as a user and administrator. The functionality of their mobile app is quite limited. Can be difficult to work with other team members, solely from your mobile app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bitrix24 may not be reasonable for an organization looking for a temporary and quick to use project management solution. Their program is very detailed and requires a commitment to not only learn how to use but also how to manage. This may not be good for someone looking solely for a task manager.

Bitrix24 improved collaboration between employees

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

We are using Bitrix24 to improve collaboration between employees, as we can send and receive files through its internal chat, plus it contains excellent task management, time management and projects in general. I consider it a very complete crm as it allows the checking of time worked, as well as clocking in and clocking out times.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It contains very useful tools to manage our projects effectively and without delays. One of my favorites is the document library, because we can quickly search the documents we have from the various projects, the best thing is that it has a structure of access permissions by roles, so the information is available to those authorized. It also has a large and complete database, which allows us to save information about customers, employees, contacts, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have been using this software for years and we have very few complaints and the ones we have had, the technical service has been able to help us solve. Sometimes the system does not synchronize, so the chats and emails do not arrive on time, so you have to update it. Its use in mobiles is useful, but only the chat, since some of its functions are not available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bitrix24 is implemented in our marketing department to manage our customer relationships and improve collaboration. The configuration of this tool is very simple, we can integrate this software with other tools, it can make our work more convenient. This is a very flexible tool. Therefore, this tool should be available for your account team. Bitrix is a great customer relationship management tool. We are very encouraged by the speed of this software and the way it organizes our lives. Thanks to its features, we can collaborate with our team and its time tracking, file sharing and integration features work well.
