What differentiates Bizagi Automation from other similar products?

The robust featureset for mapping and designing is very welcome. Also being able to rest in real-time if a workflow is working properly helps troubleshoot any issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact you can do so much for free is fantastic. The monthly plans that allow for extra functions are not bad either. Anyone that needs that extra functionality (automation) should be prepared to for the fee, but I'd say it's very reasonably priced.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't quite like how the connectors work but that's really a pet peeve of mine.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give yourself time to get used to how the mapping works, specially if you are coming from other BPMN-compliant software, before you start using it in any professional capacity. Once you acclimate, you should be just as fast and productive!
