What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing about Blink is how easily it connects frontline workers with their teams. It’s simple, fast, and keeps everyone updated without overwhelming them with unnecessary features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Blink relies too much on mobile, and integrations with some tools can be tricky.

What differentiates Blink from other similar products?

Blink is a great platform for communicating with your chosen audience. You can post pictures of daily activities or even cats (people really love cats!), as well as share important company documents like policies, procedures, or reminders of best practices. Managing users is simple, with options to integrate with Active Directory or import via CSV.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the communication feature of Blink. It helps us send important messages to staff. Since it's more of a social platform, users can comment on messages and stay engaged. Customer service is also quick to respond.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be great to have more reporting features, although I think they are already being developed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I really like how personal it feels. It lets you share a variety of things, such as news, documents, photos, and more.
