What differentiates Blink from other similar products?

Blink offers a lot more features than other similar products. It’s been a god send to allow us to communicate more effectively with staff. Along with a built in intranet which allows us to share more content and allows the reader to find things more easily at their fingertips

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to communicate directly with staff members or more widely with whole teams

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much really it’s always improving

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. They offer a lot more than other products and it’s great to be able to chat to staff easily. Sometimes we are unable to see staff due to working patterns but blink allows us to chat and discuss things we need to more easily

Direct and Group message aspect of the product has created a phenomenal communication medium

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can’t send different files with different file extensions, but you can do it in other apps such as teams and slack

Oversimplified workflow and great insights from the communication
