What differentiates Bloomreach Engagement from other similar products?

Launching Bloomreach across all of our websites has improved the Search & Browse UX for our customers and reduced the number of null searches we were capturing with our prior partner. Our eCom teams can now easily customize the order in which all categories and blocks are displayed, as well as instantly reorder our PLPs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Currently, we use Bloomreach primarily for our email marketing, but we also combine it with other tools to create multichannel campaigns that are automated. Since we have been using Bloomreach for so long, we have been able to put increasingly intricate scenarios we devised into practice and obtain answers to our queries. We were able to complete it without the aid of our developers for fairly straightforward integrations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not really hate it, but because it is such a big program, the learning curve was fairly steep. Additionally, I would like the ability to alter the segmentations selected in email rows. I want to be able to change conditional rows rather than start over after I've already constructed them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You'll have a terrific experience because it is as flexible as anything I've used. Just keep in mind that it's a toolbox and that you'll need to put the components together to make it work properly. Don't give up though; the quality of help is great and has never let me down.

What differentiates Bloomreach Engagement from other similar products?

Bloomreach assisted us on a number of projects. Generally speaking, it was about learning more about online consumer behavior, where we may build more successful campaigns using all current trends, such as automation, personalization, follow-ups, care, etc. It turned into a very useful instrument for us; we had a lot of it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to produce everything in a single location with a single tool is the biggest feature of Bloomreach. We can assess all results, and if we are successful, we simply automate those situations once more in Bloomreach. When we needed assistance, customer service responded promptly and expertly. Campaign Monitor is quick and efficient for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a ton of options, and sometimes they are not very user-friendly, making it sometimes too tough to define certain reports. The pricing is quite high and is only appropriate for very large businesses. I can't rely on funnels because almost always, they produce different results than what the report indicates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They are assisting us in setting up various machine learning models and outlining various features and their effects as we implement our recommendation module. The support staff has responded quickly and fixed any issues I've had so far. I advise individuals who desire to excel in their field to do this.

What differentiates Bloomreach Engagement from other similar products?

I find Bloomreach’s brSM platform to be intuitive and straightforward to use. Searching and browsing rules are done in a flash and go live quickly. I appreciate the superior level of Support we receive & once problems do arise, I find our DXM team to be excellent. Using Bloomreach is extremely helpful. We’ve got the full info in one place. In the past, we couldn’t reach synergies between classical retail and e-commerce because we had no global view of client activities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplest factor concerning Bloomreach is that we can produce everything in one place in one tool. Once the successful campaign, we can measure all results and if we succeed, we are simply automating those situations again in Bloomreach. If we struggled with something, we got fast and skilled help from client support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration of a part of the merchandise is a bit tougher compared to different tools. However, don’t get me wrong. If you’re doing basic functions, it’s ok (for example easy tracking of visits like in Google Analytics, etc.), but if you’re functioning on a more advanced task, you will need the assistance of your developers and Bloomreach support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bloomreach Commerce experience Cloud offers me the chance to figure out an enormous quantity of information relatively simply via its easy interface and predefined reporting and workflows. This helps to make better marketing selections overall, that are supported by data.
