What differentiates Bonusly from other similar products?
Bonusly is a fantastic method to recognize a coworker, especially because we all work remotely and depend on one other. Using it is a breeze. Your points are transferable to several different organizations and stores, including Amazon, as well as cash!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can use Bonusly for what it was designed for: boasting. Instead than giving someone a generic starbucks card, they may use their points on something they really want. The fact that others can build on the work of others and that leadership has access to useful indicators for keeping tabs on who is achieving what is a terrific thing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When it comes to services like these, I've noticed that some people seem to get far more attention than others, whether it's because of their jobs, their immediate superiors, or some other issue. Some employees may feel slighted if they are not racking up as many points as their coworkers, even if this is in no way indicative of bad work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Customized positive reinforcement for employees rather than having management keep track of employees' preferences. By doing so, I can ensure that my team is being rewarded with things that actually matter to them.

Great essential features for team recognition

What differentiates Bonusly from other similar products?
With it’s 360-degree recognition feature, employees were able to create healthy working relationships and appreciate each other for their efforts. Bonusly also automates the celebration of significant moments such as the company’s anniversaries.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bonusly is user-friendly and integrates with other business software to boost seamless business operations. I can easily view our workers’ performance data and reward them with personalized experiences.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Doesn’t support private manager-to-employee recognitions and only allows assigning points to a few people at a time. The good thing is that we can comment on other people’s recognitions, which makes it more personal and interactive
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think Bonusly is pretty impressive and it provides recognition platform where employees can interact with each other, get motivated and be appreciated.
