What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how easy it is to upload, organize, and find assets quickly. The search function and smart tagging saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features feel a bit limited, like collaboration tools and reporting. It would bw great to have real-time commenting, task assignments, and deeper insights into asset usage. A bit more customization in user roles and permissions would also help larger teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a simple and reliable way to manage digital assests, Brandfolder is a great pick. It is especially useful for teams that value speed and organizattion. What differentiates Brandfolder from other similar products?
Still, in today’s market, it is crucial for such products like Brandfolder to stand out from the crowd and be more than just an ‘almost identical product’ to other goods, and one of the features that brings real value with Brandfolder is the fact that the service is tailored to the needs of each individual company. It is possible to add any anew folder, label, filter and this will help you to find any needed digital asset easily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I find it easier to upload files to Brandfolder where they can then be accessed by the team and even outsiders. It taught us that we no longer have to scroll through emails or text messages looking for a file, all are compiled in one app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As much as this is true, there is something that I do not like about Brandfolder and this is the fact that, file uploads may sometimes take a little long. Well, I would like to suggest for them to work on this on their subsequent updates in terms of this aspect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In general, I can suggest Brandfolder for any company that might face the need to implement the effective system of the digital asset management. Some of the benefits of this software include; It has an easy to use interface, can be customized and widely used for sharing files and for the reason above, can be recommended for use to enhance efficiency at your company.

It's easy to use, and doesn't require a lot of training for your clients to learn how to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows to upload new versions on top of the old creative, so you can see creative history without losing old creative

nothing, I am very satisfied with all the features

Get this tool if you are a Marketing agency, it makes your life much easier. No more sending heavy creative files via email and struggling to keep up with versioning.
