Brandwatch (combined with Falcon.io) is a digital consumer intelligence company, allowing users to analyze and utilize conversations from across the web and social media. With official access to Twitter, Reddit, and Tumblr's firehose, plus data coming from 100 million other sites, Brandwatch's historical archive includes over a trillion conversations, with 501 million new ones added every day. The platform then combines queries and AI to help you parse and analyze the data that's useful to you. From there it can be chopped, sliced, and combined to find insights you can put into action.

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?

It is very easy to use and has an affordable price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Keeping your customers engaged in your ads and posts is possible if you follow this advice. Data storage for you and your clients in one location. It's a great tool for digital marketers since it enables them to manage several social media accounts from a single location. This application makes it easy to connect and communicate with your employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has a few minor flaws, but they aren't enough to make me hate it.. Falcon.io, in my opinion, has no technical problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you're following the industry's recommended schedules for when articles should be published. Using Falcon, you may make quick changes to your posts. Adding images and links to your articles doesn't need any special knowledge on your part.

The favorite aspect of the product is the ability to customize dashboard representation according to your requirements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The costing structures are very pricey.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The overall tool is great but the factor of the price and cost associated to the tool is not very appealing.

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?

Falcon.io differs from other programs because it has many features and I really like that.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Falcon is a great choice if you want to publish social media updates to a large number of networks on a regular basis. The post can be reviewed and approved by a team member, who can also discuss and edit it if required. Create an effective communication strategy by using Falcon's preset responses and the ability to respond to social media comments. It's possible to monitor trends in addition to social media and keyword searches.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In most cases, only the person who created the post has the power to change it; however, the approver should have the ability to do so as well. Post editing can be a bit tricky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Falcon provides users with many more features and a more up-to-date user interface than HootSuite does, making it an appealing alternative for those who are unsure which social posting platform to choose. Additionally, it possesses a calendar view, which is comparable to that of other programs now available.
