With official access to Twitter, Reddit, and Tumblr's firehose, plus data coming from 100 million other sites, Brandwatch's historical archive includes over a trillion conversations, with 501 million new ones added every day. The platform then combines queries and AI to help you parse and analyze the data that's useful to you. From there it can be chopped, sliced, and combined to find insights you can put into action.

The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?
it is better than other programs because it is a very complete program with good customer service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using this tool, we can better comprehend and react to certain terms that we employ in an inquiry. Custom reports and keyword and phrase tracking are two of my favorite features. Easy-to-use and bug-free platform. Customer support is always accessible if you run into any issues with it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Brandwatch irritates me in a few respects. For starters, it's not always straightforward to navigate the site. As a result, it might be difficult to discover what you're looking for and navigate. In addition, the price is a little hazy, which annoys me. As a result, it might be difficult to know exactly what you're getting for the money you're spending on the various services. If you want to take use of the more complex functions, the price tag might quickly mount. It might also take a long time to load at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Brandwatch is a great tool for social media analysis, and I'd suggest it to anybody else looking to do such work. Brandwatch is an excellent tool that is simple to use and relevant to my profession as a communication consultant..

"Effective management tool for social media"

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?
Falcon.io is better than other programs because it has many features, it also has good support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's a breeze to schedule, and I like the calendar view and the ability to swiftly and easily report. New channels may be added much more quickly and easily here than on other platforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While copying and pasting content from Facebook to Instagram, the formatting is clumsy, and you'll often have to save and reopen the post in order to make any changes you'd want. Annoying. Post failures are really frustrating since there seems no other explanation for it other than Falcon being unable to post.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
What you are willing to invest is mostly determined by the size of your company. Falcon is without a doubt the greatest scheduler program we've ever used.

Great social media publishing and scheduling app

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?
other programs are very difficult to use while this program is easier to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Aside from scheduling posts, which you can do with any social media management platform, Falcon does a great job of letting you communicate internally with different departments, such as customer service, so that you can do a better job with the engagement part of social media. You can assign comments or messages, leave notes for your coworkers, and have all of your communications within the platform. This makes things run more smoothly and makes customers happier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you want to schedule the same post for more than one channel, you can't just click boxes. Instead, you only have to make one post and share it on all of the other channels.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
By a long shot, this is the best SM Mgt platform I've ever used.
