Brandwatch (combined with Falcon.io) is a digital consumer intelligence company, allowing users to analyze and utilize conversations from across the web and social media. With official access to Twitter, Reddit, and Tumblr's firehose, plus data coming from 100 million other sites, Brandwatch's historical archive includes over a trillion conversations, with 501 million new ones added every day. The platform then combines queries and AI to help you parse and analyze the data that's useful to you. From there it can be chopped, sliced, and combined to find insights you can put into action.

The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?
It has many utilities, the competitor analysis tools Are top-notch. The social listening tool is at its par and so is the analytics and data filtering.

Competitor analysis report. Amaze work! Totally sorts my life.

Intuitive software but unreliable.

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?
At the time we purchased Falcon.io, they were differentiated from other similar products based on their more affordable pricing structure and their lack of limitations on integrations. We owned four brands and Falcon.io enabled us to set up multiple dashboards to keep our brand content separate within one platform, which was great.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The easy integration and setup was crucial, but the best aspect of Falcon.io was being able to schedule a month's worth of social posts at one time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The worst thing about Falcon.io is that posts would randomly fail to publish, which wasted our time and effort. We invested in the software to create more efficiency in our workflow and it was not as reliable as we needed. Product enhancements that were promised also never materialized in the two years we had it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask for a 60-day trial before signing your year-long contract.
