Great product, with good capabilites for energy sector.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In-built assurance and alerts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nature of inputs means it is hard to get realtime dashboards and some challenges with APIs between ESP and Transpower IT systems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, great product to use.

Monthly, by Business Unit/Office carbon accounting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not at all user-friendly, terrible learning curve and Help section.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use ESP only if you have fully dedicated carbon accountant, for very large organisations only.
