What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

You can find countless mail marketing tools on the market. Sendinblue is a solid solution with a very complete documentation, tutorials and even a full-fledged training course for all clients. Their support team is knowledgeable and quick to respond to queries.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The marketing automation module is easy to use, thanks to its drag and drop interface. As a UE business, I also especially appreciate the GDPR compliance and special attention to this very important legal aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't many mail templates to choose from. I'd also appreciate more guidance in defining automations, but this is a part of Sendinblue paid offering, so I can't really complain.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a more convenient alternative to Mailchimp, try Sendinblue. It won't disappoint you.

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

Sendinblue is the emerging hub for transacting the bundle of mails and SMS. It offers basic CRM compatibility. Additionally, this innovative software supports the integration of an impactful automation range. The Sendinblue also supports the template customization options that are rare in the marketing tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sendinblue has enabled the customers to enjoy the free services in the cost-free version. This software has evolved features like an enhanced template, prolonged automation, and integral CRM properties. Thus, this tool is good enough to support small enterprises.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The email marketing platforms should support the user-friendly interface that will help in initiating the setup. But, the Sendinblue is a bit risky in this concern and the initial setup can be a bit tiring. Thus, this software enables a limited number of email transactions, which is a very down point of this tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sendinblue has been constantly improving its features over the years. They have built up a good position in the market. So, I would surely recommend this software to all of us. So, use this platform and enjoy the multiple intuitive templates, CRM attributes, and a bunch of transactional emails. You will like the easy-to-use features that provide brilliant performance.
