What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

Send in blue offer a host of features and it is relatively intuitive to use. There are some other products on the market that offer less for more money and i think send in blue is a great fit for smaller business. It could be a major competitor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Feature set and ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see far more integrations with other software and some features that others have such as convert kit are lacking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a small business, you cannot go wrong.

Great tool for email marketing

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

It has everything you need to use email marketing successfully. They are continually improving the software and adding benefits to it for their users. I do not feel you can go wrong with using sendinblue for email marketing. They are a safe and reliable option.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can do so much within sendinblue. They make it easy to use and intregrate with your existing tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For what I am using sendinblue for I can't say that there is anything I dislike. I have had a really good experience so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a look and use their free tier to see for yourself if it will bring your business value.

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

It has a very different approach, taking in account the quantity of emails rather than subscribers as most of the competing software does.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Is easy to use, clear promises and good product overall, not hard to implement or use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The CRM is not good enough to compare it with their competitors, and I personally had a very bad experience with customer support, I can't say it's the rule, but that's just my experience with them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider their pricing, as it's very different than other products. If you rely on mostly transactional emails, take into account that each email counts towards your limits. If you send more campaigns than transactional emails, it may work well.
