What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

You don't need to have technical expertise to set up the Send In Blue. The interface is quite intuitive and easy to navigate and the entire setup doesn't take much time if you have the clear objective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Drag and Drop Builder for email template

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are new to email marketing and looking for something which is well within your budget then go for Sendinblue

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

Cost most probably, others apps like mailchimp and ecomail etc cost a lot more

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Content builder was one of my favourite features, easy to use, a lot can be done within minutes!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The problems with customer support we had. Multiple times sendinblue sent a random campaign to random amount of emails and they had no idea why, so it wasnt reliable

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it if you consider starting sending newsletter/campaigns and you dont have a big budget. You can learn a lot with Sendinblue
