What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

We utilize SendinBlue to distribute targeted mailings to groups with a high potential for return on investment. As a result, I may save valuable development time by creating and sending mailers without touching the underlying code. My ability to send out newsletters on a regular basis and to target specific demographics with the help of predefined groups is also enhanced.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

So much is owed to these gentlemen for their assistance... In comparison to more than 75% of the businesses I've dealt with recently, your tech support team really went above and above in terms of willingness to help, patience, and just listening to what I was asking. That came as a wonderful shock. Sendinblue has won my loyalty, and I want to keep using it. Also, with only a few emails, they assisted me in resolving an issue that three other organizations and my company website provider had either been unable or unable to assist me with. Very greatly appreciated! Sendinblue is an excellent service, and I urge you to use it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a new user, I had some trouble getting started with this app, especially when it came to importing my contacts. Tough learning curve for more advanced capabilities like setting up a dedicated IP address or delivering personalized communications. Moreover, additional features are only accessible via the paid premium and enterprise programs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although it lacks the adaptability of more well-known providers like MailChimp, it offers excellent value for the money. It serves the same purpose at a fraction of the cost. Although it lacks A/B testing for subject lines, it does provide you with attractive templates you can feel good about sending to clients. Unusually, the customer service department is quick to respond and provides useful feedback.

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

For many years, I have used a different platform to keep in touch with prospective clients. My list's deliverability and engagement both improved once I switched to Sendinblue. Sendinblue's editor is superior and simplifies the process of creating, previewing, and sending professionally designed emails. I like the extensive collection of templates available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sendinblue's nice and straightforward UI is its strongest suit. Making new messages, campaigns, and sending email was simple. It provides an excellent suite of tools and statistics that make monitoring email and campaign performance a breeze. Furthermore, the drag-and-drop email composition process is fantastically easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, it lacks amazing automation. Tags and conditional triggers depending on customers' responses are two examples of what's still missing but would be useful features. There is plenty of potential for improvement in the user interface. The tool might be slow at times, making routine tasks cumbersome. Not only is the A/B testing tool not included in the free plan, but it's also sold separately for the paid plans.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to send a long email with plenty of pictures and videos in addition to the written content, Sendinblue is the way to go. Sendinblue, on the other hand, is not a great option if you want to send out a mailing that contains minimal content. Unfortunately, I was unable to find clear instructions on how to customize the emails to my liking. The support team is quick to respond and provides comprehensive explanations. Rapid problem-solving is the norm.

Marketing campaigns with Sendinblue

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?

Sendinblue is a powerful tool that facilitates the business-customer relationship in our company, through the development and implementation of advertising campaigns based on email batches, messaging offers, and special tracking of customers according to certain characteristics. With the tool we stay closer to our customers, we can even send cards on holidays and congratulations on birthdays, all in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The bounce rate in the campaigns used is extremely lower than with other similar tools, excellent when planning advertising campaigns, offers a much better price than its competitors, making it an option to take into account. The list management is quite simple allowing us to save time when performing our operations, which leaves us time to go organizing things apart.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The technical support is not very good to say, there have been countless problems where we only get late response and generic solutions that do not really address the problem, this makes it very annoying to use sometimes as we must invent how to fix it, and we are supposed to be paying for something that should work. Slowness issues at times and an interface that sometimes leaves a lot to be desired.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Not recommended because it is a tool that still has many problems, it seems to be in development stage and its customer service is extremely annoying, the application will have a future if they can solve some of the problems that has been presenting for a long time, therefore, I would not recommend it because it can cause many headaches in the companies in question.
