All in one marketing automation tool

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Has all marketing features at the same price including WhatsApp, SMS, Email campaigns and push notification making one the best all in one marketing automation
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The pricing of the tool makes an economical tool that does not require more money to use and I also like the scheduling and automating campaigns to be sent at a desired time which saves time
What do you dislike most about this product?
Verifying the sender domain for email marketing, takes longer time and the new Google and Yahoo policy for DMARC is not yet fully rolled up here at Brevo which can lead to email sending being suspended by Google and Yahoo to the emails
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good automation marketing tool that you can give a try to

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
The Implementation of Bulk SMS and OTP sending using Brevo makes it a complete unique solution for product marketing, promotion and authentication purposes
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the SMS sending feature of BREVO, which is easy to use and to schedule of when to send the SMS and also configuring WhatsApp marketing templates is easier with Brevo
What do you dislike most about this product?
Each service is charged independently for example SMS sending, Email sending and WhatsApp marketing are all charged independently by topping up credits and yet you still need to upgrade to a premium plan which makes Brevo an expensive tool to use for marketing and business communication
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is a lot of support from this tool and I would recommend the solution

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
I appreciate Brevo's intuitive drag-and-drop interface for designing complex multistep customer journeys. Most competitors only support simple linear workflows, which limits marketing possibilities. However, Brevo's visual editor empowers users with varying technical skills to automate nuanced omnichannel experiences based on website activity. Smart segments then activate the appropriate message for each user.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I find Brevo to be reliably scalable, performing seamlessly even during high traffic periods such as promotions or new product launches. Automatic load balancing and server redundancy ensure that campaigns are delivered on time. The admin dashboard is responsive and can be accessed from any device, allowing me to monitor performance from anywhere.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although the reporting could benefit from more customizable dashboards, basic metrics clearly show engagement and ROI. Transactional emails require testing for specific client platforms, but Brevo support is usually quick to resolve issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
By helping businesses understand shopper habits, Brevo proves its worth. I have seen a 15% increase in sales by re-engaging abandoned visitors. Brevo is invaluable to any company focused on customer relationships as a competitive advantage due to the potential for personalized digital interactions at scale. It has certainly paid off for my clients
