What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is how easy it is to use. The interface is clean and simple, making it really straightforward to set up campaigns and automate emails. I love that I can get things done quickly without needing to dive into complex settings. It saves me time and effort, which is exactly what I need when juggling multiple tasks. The features are perfect for someone who doesn’t want to spend hours figuring out how everything works.
What do you dislike most about this product?

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
We've explored a few other CRMs like freshsales, leadsquared over the years, but none quite matched Brevo's balance of simplicity and flexibility. As an admin managing forms, landing pages, automation, and data across multiple teams, Brevo has made everything surprisingly smooth. It’s one of the few platforms we’ve stuck with for over 6 years — and that says a lot. The UI is clean, the tools actually work as expected, and it's kept up with our growth without becoming overwhelming.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of my favorite things about Brevo is how flexible and easy the form creation and embedding options are — something I found surprisingly hard to get right in other tools. Beyond that, I really appreciate the simplicity of the email editor, solid data segmentation features, and how smooth it is to manage campaigns and automation. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and easy to navigate, even when handling large amounts of data. Also special mention to insightful analytics .
What do you dislike most about this product?
There’s honestly not much to complain about — the platform does what it promises and does it well. If I had to mention something, it would be the lack of live phone support. While the help docs and email support are solid, sometimes it would be faster to just talk to someone, especially for urgent or complex queries.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a reliable, easy-to-use platform that covers everything from email campaigns to automation, forms, and landing pages — Brevo is definitely worth trying. Start simple, explore its features gradually, and you’ll see how well it scales as your needs grow. It's especially great for teams who want powerful tools without a steep learning curve.

This is especially beneficial for companies with large contact lists that don’t necessarily send emails frequently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the best aspects of Brevo is its automation capabilities combined with affordable pricing. It provides a robust workflow builder that makes it easy to set up email sequences, lead nurturing, and customer engagement automations without the steep costs associated with competitors like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Brevo works well for me, and I haven’t encountered many downsides. The automation and email marketing features are intuitive and effective, making it easy to manage campaigns without unnecessary complexity. It’s also cost-effective compared to other tools, which is a big plus. While some users mention UI or reporting limitations, I haven’t run into any major issues that affect my workflow. So far, it’s been a reliable and valuable tool for our marketing efforts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with Automation Early. Brevo’s automation workflows are one of its strongest features. Take advantage of them to streamline lead nurturing, follow-ups, and customer engagement. Brevo has strong email deliverability, but always warm up your domain, personalize content, and monitor engagement metrics to maintain inbox placement.
