What differentiates Brightidea Idea Box from other similar products?

The sales team and support are on point. Very knowledgeable people and helpful. Brightidea makes innovating simple and fun. Collecting, sorting and communicating ideas is made easy no matter the number of submissions. It makes customising simple and helps my team and I meet our goals seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of implemention, the support contact who is knowledgeable and very helpful, they are client-driven. Platform is intuitive for users and navigation made easy. Brightidea helps the organisation to be efficient, more especially because work is evaluated to monitor performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Platform can be slow. Dragging and dropping in photos is not standard. Software is also a bit pricey.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Save time with automated tasks and a more organised way to work as a team; categorise projects and make it easy to find them. Improvement made are well communicated and the support team is really a support team. Mobile app available.

Fun, easy to use and dummy-proof

Need for internal management of the product-I was the implementation PM but there was no clear future "owner"

Be thoughtful about how to manage the ideas and implementation before rollout
