What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The email creation tool is extremely user-friendly and makes creating a professional-looking email quick and easy. I value the range of templates and how well they are optimized for mobile devices. It is simple to alter the template to reflect our brand's aesthetic. The offered automation is amazing and simple to set up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The way the template is organized is a little clumsy and awkward. Additionally, I would like to have more analytics choices. At the moment, we can monitor who opens our emails based on the browser they are using, but device statistics cannot be determined on their own. However, there are still certain issues that need to be fixed.

Simply put, Campaign Monitor lets users create beautiful, eye-catching email messages without writing a lick of code. Once you got the template in place, editing it is a snap. So when I start with a fresh template, I just drag and drop our logo into the appropriate space to brand the email

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The built-in editor enables me to add effects, adjust lighting, rotate the image and handle other basic tasks. But that's not all, Campaign Monitor remembers the colors I used in the past so I just select one of those colors and instead of choosing a new one

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I am assembling all the texts and images together, I find that everything suddenly becomes too ''cramped''. However I like that Campaign Monitor makes it easy to fix that problem with a spacer and dividers as well

I recommend that you give it a twst drive and determine if it's right for your business. If you have been manually importing HTML emails at this point, you will find Campaign Monitor will save you countless hours of creating emails

This more than satisfied my desire for an easy-to-use email marketing solution for ad hoc campaigns pay-as-we-gogo made it ideal for my business because I didn't have to sign a monthly contract. It works better and satisfies all of our needs.

I value the range of templates and how well they are optimized for mobile devices. It is simple to alter the template to reflect our brand's aesthetic. The pricing structure scales with us according to the size of our list, which is something other ESPs may not always offer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user becomes frustrated when customer service responds slowly to their requests at times. There are few customizing options available and the original strategy is uncompetitive. Customers now expect a wide range of customization options to suit their interests. It does not give users a variety of possibilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Everyone's favorite friend is a template! If you know how to make templates on your own, you can upload HTML versions of them to Campaign Monitor. Alternatively, you can create the templates directly on the website! They are worth a try only for the analytics dashboard. It was quite good.
