What do you dislike most about this product?

Few integrations with third-party software are available. Sometimes, we have trouble with the user interface. Patience is required to learn how to use all the features. The campaign gets saved quickly, but going through the archives is a little cumbersome. There is a lack of automation and incompatibility with Salesforce. It's hard to resend contacts inside a campaign that they did not open.

It seemed a little strange when the login would occasionally take us to a different page. The UI has some awkward elements that seem to belong in an earlier digital age. Certain aspects of its GUI are challenging to spot. There are a lot of restrictions, including the lack of a modal and the inability to alter the registration confirmation message.
