Well, in my opinion, the Campaign Monitor platform is great because of its pricing plan, usefulness, and the numerous possibilities it opens up when we implement it in our workplace. I was wowed to see that their pricing structure scales with the size of our list but remains affordable, which isn't usually the case with other systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Honestly, I don't know the backside truth, this could be a Campaign Monitor issue, or it could be a fault with our supplier, but we occasionally experience issues with the email unsubscribe function. But if I ignore this issue I have nothing to put there as its drawback.
