What differentiates Campaign Monitor by Marigold from other similar products?
We utilize Campaign Monitor as our email service provider and integrate it with many other tools, including social networking and website creation programs. For certain clients, we also use the lists as a customer relationship management tool, and we send out emails directly from the server. Our major goal in utilizing Campaign Monitor is to improve our email marketing campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Campaign Monitor has been quite helpful to my business. My email marketing campaigns' results may be easily monitored and evaluated, providing me with useful information for making strategic adjustments. Understanding the specifics of a successful campaign is important for planning purposes. They have a simple layout that is easy to manage, and their support staff is always quick to respond to any questions I have. I strongly suggest using Campaign Monitor, a powerful and user-friendly email marketing software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They're glad to keep taking your monthly payment, but if you forget your password and try to log in, they won't send you a reminder email. You'll need to sign in again if you want to contact support. And in a never-ending circle you travel.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If a coworker in the nonprofit sector were to ask for advice, Campaign Monitor would be my first and only recommendation. It has shown to be extraordinarily useful in delivering highly personalized emails to huge, targeted groups of recipients, and the newsletter-building toolset is top-notch. Considering the benefits to our company, the price is reasonable.

We use more autoresponders for our clients in every form that they fill, and the way to implement it is so easy that we take one meeting only to explain to the client.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The autoresponders are great and easy to understand
What do you dislike most about this product?
The dashboard is not so nice but you can see all the relevant KPIs

To improve the design of the system because look like old
