What differentiates Campaign Monitor by Marigold from other similar products?
Campaign Monitor stays in its lane. Too many email vendors are trying to be all things to all people. CM handles email, basic reporting, basic integrations ... it's going to work, and it's going to work TODAY.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity. Even small-scale marketing automation systems require a few days' worth of effort to set up. With CM, you can send an email (or create a white label campaign) almost instantly. It will work, and the builder will function. That's good!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integrations and deep reporting are lacking for enterprise clients. To wit, it CAN work with Salesforce. But it's not nearly as deep an integration as, say, ActiveCampaign, which now has similar pricing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about what you're really going to use. If you're looking for an email system, this is a good choice. If you're trying to make CM into a CRM ... perhaps go more full-featured (albeit with more complexity).

What differentiates Campaign Monitor by Marigold from other similar products?
The mails and templates are very easy to create. The newsletters which are considered to be a difficult task to perform and create are often created in no time due to a large number of templates and the creation of new sort of newsletters is also easier in this platform. It also helps companies to engage with their followers and subscribers in a very professional manner which also enhances readership that sustains.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a very user friendly dashboard. This allows the employees of organization to use it in no time without any prior training and guidance which reduces cost of training sessions for the organization. This user friendliness increases their customer base and also profitability simultaneously.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This platform is currently lacking in this as helpline representative do not attend the calls of customers and when they do, they do not respond in a professional tone and manner which annoys customer and urges them to think of alternate platforms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The mails and templates are very easy to create. It has a very user-friendly dashboard. Recommended for all.
