What differentiates Campaign Monitor by Marigold from other similar products?
Campaign Monitor is a superb email marketing platform that distinguishes itself by means of its easy-to use WYSIWYG interface and functional features aimed at accelerating the emailing process. Campaign Monitor is equally good in customer mapping and automating the entire process. It allows us to access the campaign performance data & tracking analytics at every pricing tier. For the selection and designing of email templates, Campaign better is always better than the rest others. Its template library is unbounded and offers us a variety of options to choose for marketing & salesy newsletters.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Campaign Monitor is fantastic with its auto-fresh feature. Also, customizing the dashboard is extremely handy allowing us to change it to see the more important information first. Managing the customer database in a mailing list is way more simplified with Campaign Monitor. We can upload the mailing list & effortlessly send HTML newsletters to our target audience in a customized way. Campaign monitor offers a comprehensive set of email templates. The drag and drop elements in these templates makes it much easier for us to customize & create mailers in a professional style.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Campaign Monitor is a bit pricey for what for the services that it offers to the users. However, they are quite transparent in their pricing strategy and makes it fairly easy for the users to find an appropriate subscription plan. Its basic plan is affordable at $9 per month and apparently suitable if you wish to send emails to less than 500 subscribers. Direct online support is lacking at Campaign Monitor. At times, when are struck amid a campaign and wish to seek guidance, seldom you'll be getting a prompt response from the customer care.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Campaign Monitor is undoubtedly one of the best software for streamlining the email marketing approach. It is terribly amazing with its robust analytics and well-designed templates. Even If you are not a developer and don't know any code, it has many pre-made templates to use. The functionality of designing the mailers is well done. I shall recommend Campaign Monitor for what it does to our organization. It is effective in driving the leads and affordable in price as well.

My favorite aspect of Campaign Monitor is its affordability, accessibility and usability. It is easy to use and learn. Again, campaign Monitor has the best customer support team.

Since i started using Campaign Monitor i have never encountered any challenge.

Few times emails have ended up in the spam folder but it's not often
