What differentiates Canto Platform from other similar products?

Image Relay stands out for its intuitive interface, which allows even less technical users to quickly adapt to the platform. We don't need lengthy training, which makes implementation seamless. It also offers integrations with other tools we already use, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and social media platforms. This allows us to incorporate the workflow into our daily routine without interruptions

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it because it provides real-time sharing and collaboration options, which is essential when our team needs to comment on or approve visual assets quickly, we use Image Relay as the primary digital asset management (DAM) solution. Before implementing it, we struggled with file clutter and difficulty locating important assets. Image Relay has addressed these challenges by centralizing our media libraries and making it easier to tag and search assets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the features we wanted to test are in premium packages, which can be a bit costly and could set the stage for creating unnecessary access hierarchies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Image Relay is a robust tool that efficiently meets the needs of digital asset management, with some areas of improvement to mention, such as interface customization and file upload speed.
