What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is true that Canva professional is available for free, especially non-profit organisations. The platform comes with a vast array of features that can assist in the creation and maintaining your site.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I sometimes help other trouble shoot about uploading… And the most of time it is either files are too large, file type not supported, or problem with TIFF files they tried to upload. TIFF files can be uploaded to storage space, but it will not display is the most common issue. TIFF files can have other issue… such as compatibility but I will not going in there.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If Photoshop or Indesign Template for business are carefully made, client can make good use of them, and graphic designer too can benefit from selling template design and providing paid support occasionally. I think advantage of Canva is availability of templates and some additional feature. Additional feature part is not so much if template authoring is done on Photoshop or InDesign. And for many of small business who lacks budget to keep designer on constant payroll or consultant bases, it can be really helpful cutting cost for low budget graphic need.
