What differentiates Canvas from other similar products?
Canvas is excellent for us because we dictate training classes in our company especially dedicated to interns who are beginning to enter the working world and who we prepare before giving them the opportunity. Canvas is important for us because through it our students can understand in a simpler way the things we try to teach them and make them more productive for our company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is possible to create different sections of the course programming in a simple way our classes and having more control over what is going to be taught, also our students can see the whole program prepared and can be prepared in advance to continue with their training which is excellent for us. We can create ways to evaluate our students and verify their performance throughout the course in order to know where they are.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It still has a lot to improve in terms of integrations, especially with browsers to be able to use them from within the platform and facilitate the forms of study of our students. It is important to improve the configuration process of the tool as it becomes a little difficult at the beginning, however, looking in it you can find all the options, but it takes time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an interesting alternative as educational software, where companies or universities can settle to find a new way to teach, the tool works quite well but is a bit expensive, for universities should offer discounts as they will be for mass use or create agreements that benefit both parties. The customer service is extremely good, they always solve in record time.
