What differentiates CData Arc from other similar products?

The capabilities and the application design make the product very unique and user friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and understand, detailed logging of activities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I faced some error on temporary directory configuration. The application configured a temporary directory under OS Temp Folder. For some reason, the arcesb temp folder got removed from other cleanup process. The web app failed to load due to unavailability of this folder. I troubleshooted created a separeate temp folder outside of OS Temp Folder and updated in config file. This can be considered in future updates of arcesb.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This will be the cost effective and good product for who is lookng EDI integration solutions.

What differentiates CData Arc from other similar products?

Easy to use, easy to implement. Can decease your overall EDI costs dramatically. Sales and support team were wonderful to work with. Price was good, and it can help pay for itself in under a year.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Meets our security requirements and technical processes that were required by our cyber-insurance provider.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's really nothing to dislike -- any question we had was quickly answered.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out and see if it can meet your process needs. The account team is great to work with and you'll figure out fast whether this product can help you like it did our company.
