What differentiates CData Arc from other similar products?

The MFT part was the best one around

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The connectors

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price, we wanted only ONE MFT, but when we renewed the product, the mimimum was now TWO, at 3x the price.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Even though it's expensive, it's worth it as it's th best MFT around

What differentiates CData Arc from other similar products?

Speed of setup, and integration. Much more document translation and connection options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Monitoring email is very good to get a quick glance at how things are running.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Upgrading to a new version. Not too bad, but it can be a minute to find the documents on how to migrate without issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a descent server. Use IIS to host instead of the internal web server. Be familiar with XML and JSON for document translation.
