What differentiates CData Arc from other similar products?

Flexibility and transparent architecture and a very good skilled support group, 24x7.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexibility to add custom scripts/components and skilled support

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some minor glitches in the interface and incompatibility introduced in new versions. But they are working on it to prevent these problems in the future. Communication with the technical group is transparant.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the trial version!

What differentiates CData Arc from other similar products?

Flexibility and deep customization of X12 integration. Chose them after failing to get what we needed from other industry leading products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

X12 flexibility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Steeper learning curve than other similar systems

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try ArcESB before you try anything else. We went through several other systems, really expensive ones, before we found that ArcESB could meet our needs for a fraction of the price.
