What differentiates Certinia Professional Services Cloud from other similar products?

The customization part especially with the reports makes it unique

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reports and dashboards are my favorite always, It makes our work easy. We can create our own report in any format as per our requirements

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some functionalities which needs some improvement and which is time consuming like the gantt chart updation

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product provides you an end to end solution in project management and resource management. It mostly covers all the requirements of the organization and easy to track the project, the resources and the budget and deliverables as well.
