What differentiates Certinia Professional Services Cloud from other similar products?

I have not used any other products - I am new to this field, but I really enjoy FF PSA

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to use. It saves a lot of time. Also, a lot of documentation on how to do certain tasks. Very helpful!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much I do not like about this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would absolutely go for it! Very much worth it.
