The resource planner and easily creating assignments and resource requests
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes, messing with the project gantt affects the length and hours of the assignment

Make sure it fits all of your business needs before purchasing

What differentiates Certinia Professional Services Cloud from other similar products?
Support and Speed of Innovation. Financial Force continues to add new and innovative features to their products that other companies simply can't keep up with.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of Reporting and Dashboards. Much easier to pull reports from Force.com over most other applications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Gantt chart is relatively new and is missing the capability to manage a program with in it and creating dependencies is a very painful experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Stick to the Implementation Teams best practices. It may be painful at first, but the can really move your team forward.
