What is your favorite aspect of this product?

integrating Chatfuel with Facebook has greatly increased interaction with our webpage users, resulting in more bookings and engagement. Previously, we had experienced issues with website visitors leaving without finding the information they needed, but Chatfuel has allowed for direct communication with our receptionists, leading to immediate assistance for our clients.

What I like is that it is a system that does not require being an expert in programming areas, it is a system that has been developed so that users can easily program bots to meet customer requests in a practical and which is also quite accessible
