The platform uses APIs to block phishing, malware, and data leakage in the line of communications traffic. This means we catch threats missed by Microsoft while adding a transparent layer of security for the entire suite that also protects other collaboration tools like Slack.

Protects our email inboxes very effectively

What differentiates Check Point Email Security from other similar products?
Avanan blocks phishing emails and malware before they reach our inbox. It ensures that these infected emails do not get to our mailbox hence protecting our email and data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that its subtle, so it will keep blocking phishing emails or malware in the background without interrupting my current work, unlike other antivirus software or email security products that keep sending alerts and notifications whuch are a distraction at times. Also i can get a security report from avanan and see how many phishing emails, suspected emails, malware or infected attachments have been blocked at any time, and from which Accounts this makes us to bw more alert with our emails and data
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing, my experience with Avanan has been a very good one, and i can honestly say i dont see anything to dislike ajout it
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Avanan helps us to secure our email inboxes and our data by preventing suspicious emails, phishing emails and malware fron ever reaching those inboxes. It is a good solution and works very well

What differentiates Check Point Email Security from other similar products?
Cost, ease of use and security that was inline instead of replacement
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Game changing setup being behind Office 365 without having to change MX records or disable, bypass using the security tools with Office 365. Think of it as adding a bigger turbo to your car, bolt on and go! Detonating attachments in cloud, amazing phishing engine, and extremely easy to setup and use. Less than 30 mins to setup.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Overall there is nothing which comes to mind as like least, as the solution is much easier to operate and more accurate than my prior solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The Avanan does make it easy to find and restore emails that have been quarantined on their end. The mail explorer will sometimes fail to find a specific email we are looking for and we've worked with their support team to resolve these issues when they happen. Since messages are routed over to Avanan and back this does introduce a slight delay in email delivery, typically less than 30 seconds.

Amazing cloud email security software

What differentiates Check Point Email Security from other similar products?
Avanan is a great email security software. It provided multiple levels of screening and security which helps us stay away from malicious and phishing emails.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the fact that all data and email are made very secure with Avanan. Also, internal email communications can be monitored so easily. Messages landing in the spam folder has greatly reduced which I like very much
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Avanan software is slightly high when it comes to pricing
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Businesses, in order to keep their communication and email data safe, must definitely invest in Avanan. It is very much needed and I definitely recommend it.
