We highly relying on Avanan as it's the best Security Cloud Email with robust features. It's easy to use this tool because it's very user-friendly and flexible. We use it to tame all insecurities in our emails and take control of our spam. It protects our mailboxes from phishing email attacks. It offers excellent support by blocking out phishing and malicious emails easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite feature is the hyperlink check which the hyperlinks in the email to confirm legality of the websites links. I like when threats is detected sends an alert for easy identification and security practices to be taken. Impressive slide down menus. Responsive security dashboards and design. Unified search query box for easy and quicker search.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support is great but sometimes they are slow to respond to all our queries on time. Sometimes flags important emails as security risk.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Avanan is a top-level security email that is cost effective and reliable. Work great on any device. I recommend it 💯%.

The difference between other API tools is the pre-emptive malicious email blocking feature which offers a complete email security suite with full fledge data loss protection for all our clients and business transactions. Very easy to set-up with our email services provider, support all major platforms and detailed reports of how many emails are blocked, phishing links, files and malware. Overall it has prevented all malicious emails from reaching our mailboxes easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Makes sure all our email mailboxes are clean from ransomware, phishing links, and all attacks that are harmful. Reports and statistics provided by this tool along side user-friendly interface is great. Cloud integration. Advanced threats protection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Long time is wasted during the time it takes for email to reflect in the inbox needs improvements. Some legitimate emails are blocked which lowers false positive response.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great tool to manage multiple emails within a single dashboard which makes it easy to use and maintain. It's a great email protection tool that is definitely recommend.

What differentiates Avanan from other email security products is that It protects us from phishing emails and malware by preventing them from entering our mailbox, so no infected emails or phishing emails can get into our inboxes

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that ots very easy to setup Avanan, the set-up is very straightforward and easy. I was able to so this in about 5 minutes, i also like that the customer support is very friendly and always knowledgeable. I also like that avanam gives us a report of how many phishing emails, suspicious emails or malware have been blocked and the sources so we know who poses a threat to our email or data at any time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing actually, its a very effective security solutions for our mailboxes. I haven't found any downside to using this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Avanan is one of the best Email security solutions, it protect us from any suspicious or phishing emails, it also protects our data and prevents any data loss or breaching attempts. Its a good product to have in your IT security stack
