In my view what differentiate this from other is its real time calls and video feature.

Favorite aspect of this product is that it can sync multiple calendars and then suggest a best group meeting schedule.

Unmatched functionality, but work to maintain

What differentiates Chili Piper Instant Booker from other similar products?
We used Chili Piper to distribute round robin meetings to our sales department. It was the only tool we found that met all of our needs. These included adjusting round robins for vacation time, as well as customized weighting for each rep.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Custom weighting! We found that if we pushed more meetings to the reps with higher win rates, we saw more revenue every month.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The backend. While the tool works great on the front-end, setting it up and maintaining it on the backend is a lot of work. Users have to be manually added one at a time to a workspace, and then added one at a time AGAIN to the queue. Also, I wish I had better reporting around what meetings are being booked, by who, and for who. This makes it hard to troubleshoot when there are issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend the time up front to build automatic routing based on Salesforce fields. Makes the tool way more useful.
