What differentiates Chili Piper from other similar products?
So customizable that it can fit nearly any scenario with total control of lead flow, forms, round-robin and more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It works well in booking meetings and integrates well with Gmail and CRM apps. Lots of email templates and easy to find a person's email by searching their name.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The API works inconsistently and is not well documented. I hope they are already working to improve this.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a quick way to schedule meetings and store meeting details for easy retrieval. The system was able to streamline the various calendars we used to use.

Amazing Scheduler with basic functionality

What differentiates Chili Piper from other similar products?
It integrates easily in Salesforce
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The instant booker from within salesforce at the contact level is my favorite feature. It allows you to easily book a meeting with someone since our reps are primarily in salesforce.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You can't do a ton of reporting on scheduled meetings in salesforce. You can create a hacky round about way, but I don't like how there is no native feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great for basic use, but if you want to do more technical things with it (reporting, writing back to specific salesforce fields), you can't do it.
